The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks - Cassandra Campbell, Bahni Turpin, Rebecca Skloot

I give it FIVE stars all around -- research, writing, performance.

Some people are going to complain that this "history" does not follow the chronological order. Ignore them.  As far as I am concerned to read this story chronologically would be so BORING!!!!! Other folks are going to complain that this doesn't talk enough about the cells themselves. That book has already been written and doesn't need to be repeated while this book plows new ground. Forget the cells; who WAS Henrietta Lacks? And that's not all, what about all the racial and ethical issues surrounding her story?
